SOUTHERN STATE PARKWAY:
From the West:
*Take the Southern State Parkway East to Exit 17 South
Hempstead Avenue – Malverne
*At exit turn right onto Hempstead Avenue
*One-tenth mile, the road splits, stay to left – Ocean Avenue
*Continue for about 1.5 miles to Sunrise Highway
(landmarks: Exxon Station / Executive Motor Inn – far side)
make left, and stay in extreme right lane.
*Continue for approximately 1 / 4 mile
*First building on right . . . 100 Merrick Road
From the East:
*Take the Southern State Parkway West to Exit 19 South onto Peninsula Boulevard toward Rockville Centre
* Stay on Peninsula Boulevard for 2.4 miles and turn left onto Ocean Avenue.
* Stay on Ocean Avenue for only .2 miles and at the first light; make a left onto Merrick Road.
*Stay on Merrick Road for only .4 miles (Stay on Merrick Road – do not take the Sunrise Highway fork to the left) and the building will be on you right side.

FROM BROOKLYN:
*Take Belt Parkway East to exit 23 – Sunrise Highway
*Continue on Sunrise Highway East for 4 – 5 miles
*The road splits (landmarks – Exxon Station, Executive Motor Inn)
*Stay in extreme right lane
*Continue for approximately 1 / 4 mile
*First building on right... 100 Merrick Road

FROM THE THROGS NECK BRIDGE

Take the Throgs Neck Bridge.

Once on the Bridge, stay in the right lane and exit for the Cross Island Parkway (which will take you South).

Stay on the Cross Island Parkway for several miles until it forks.

At the fork, stay left for the Southern State Parkway (which will take you East).

Take the Southern State Parkway East to Exit 17 - South (Hempstead Avenue – Malverne)

At the light and end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Hempstead Avenue. The road will immediately fork – stay to the left onto Ocean Avenue.

Continue for about 1.5 miles to Sunrise Highway (Major 3 lane road - landmarks: Mavis Tire and an Exxon Station / Executive Motor Inn – far side).

Make left onto Sunrise Highway, and stay in extreme right lane (which is going East)

Continue for approximately 1 / 4 mile. We are the first building on right 100 Merrick Road, Suite 418 East (100 Merrick Road is the two connected buildings. We are in the East building.
